These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.vegantoursmadrid.com and all activities offered by Vegan Tours Madrid (hereinafter, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing this website or booking a tour, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. General Information
Vegan Tours Madrid is a guided tour service based in Madrid, Spain, operated under the name Vegan Tours Madrid.

2. Eligibility and Participant Requirements
- All participants must be 18 years or older.
- Minors are welcome only if accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Participants consuming alcoholic beverages during a tour must be of legal drinking age (18+ in Spain).
- Guests must arrive on time and respect the schedule to ensure a smooth experience for the rest of the group.
- Participants are expected to follow the guide’s instructions and maintain respectful behavior toward other guests, venues, and the local environment.
3. Booking Process

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received via one of the following methods:
- PayPal
- Bizum
- Bank transfer
All prices are stated in euros (€) and are final unless otherwise stated, including all applicable taxes and fees.
Group sizes are limited to ensure a quality experience:
- Minimum group size: 2 participants
- Maximum group size: 6 participants
Solo travelers may be accommodated by joining an existing tour whenever possible.
4. Payments and Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the tour, no refund will be issued.
In exceptional circumstances (such as illness or force majeure), we may offer to reschedule your booking, subject to availability.
If Vegan Tours Madrid must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, severe weather, or force majeure), clients may choose between:
- Rescheduling the tour for a nearby date, or
- Receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
Please note that routes or venues may be modified due to external reasons beyond our control (such as restaurant closures, schedule changes, or lack of availability). In such cases, equivalent alternatives will be provided.
5. Liability and Insurance
Participation in our tours is at your own risk.
Vegan Tours Madrid is not responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings,
- Injuries, delays, or accidents occurring during the activity caused by third parties, or
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We recommend that participants hold appropriate travel and health insurance covering personal incidents during their stay in Madrid.
6. Changes or Cancellations by the Organizer
We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours for reasons including but not limited to insufficient participants, adverse weather conditions, local restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Whenever possible, you will be informed in advance, and an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, logos, images, designs, and other materials — is the exclusive property of Vegan Tours Madrid.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.
You may share or cite our materials provided that the source (Vegan Tours Madrid) is clearly credited and linked.
8. Data Protection
All personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection laws.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid (Spain).
